Okay, basically choir got silver for SYF. Am not surprised but I still feel sad. Yishun Town performed after us, and they got a gold. Personally I don't think that we were THAT different from Yishun Town so yea, maybe we were just a few marks from Gold, which is damn ke xi xD After Yishun Town was Henderson. Actually they're not that bad just that they're soft. Somehow they managed to get silver and everyone in choir is sorta' pissed at it because they felt that Henderson should've gotten a bronze or something instead.

Then Benjamin was saying that the judges is bias or dk how to judge or something. Imho I really felt that Henderson was better than Zhenghua maybe because he is pissed that both henderson and us got silver so he already have the concept that it's unfair. Anyway, no point complaining right now so shall hope that we can get at least a Gold for the next SYF :D

Don't you just love Hard cover books ? They just look so neat and sophisticated. If only the books we have right now are all hard covers. Today's choir practice was just plain terrible. Esp ave verum cause even the first note was out of tune but they still continued with all the Altos laughing xD Its like chain reaction, first row, then second row, then third row EVEN THOUGH THEY'RE LAUGHING AT DIFFERENT THINGS. Am currently watching Hen-Zemi. Basically hen is meant to mean hentai and zemi for seminar. Anw it's not porn -_- And its funny ttm.
Stayed back today after school for literature project. I swear writing the script is so fun but somehow I don't think acting will be that fun xD It's currently at the 6th page, I think it'll end at around 6 or 7. For the ending Im intending to use Junjou Romantica Season 1's ED :P
Just bought that weekly magazine that I always buy. Honestly Im glad that they actually serialized The World God Only Knows but I've just re-read that a couple of weeks ago so it's actually boring to read the same thing over and over again. Idk why they're like, 2 chapters late for Kuroshitsuji. And anyway Kuroshitsuji was SUPPOSED to come out every 2 weeks but now it's been like so long. I don't really like the poster that they gave ; One is One Piece, and the other one is some random schoolgirl with skirts. I forgot what anime that was xD
All of a sudden I realized that I haven't done my homework yet .. great. Blehhhhh.

Okay since I didn't post for like two months so I shall do some updates with each post? I think. Basically I don't really keep to what I say so yea :P But still will be talking about SYF this time. So in sequence, the songs for our SYF will be : The Wind, Ave Verum and Mama Yog Akun.
The Wind :
This piece, is probably the easiest amongst the three of them. Well after all, it IS a set piece. Personally I kind of like the fp to f parts. I don't know, it just seem so epic drama [ and stupid ] . But somehow the ending of the song always just don't feel right. Maybe we went kind of out of tune?
Ave Verum :
Screw HIM for moving Jiun Yi to A1s. Like wtf, theres only 1 week left and he sudden moves her there. Initially I was 故意 singing wrong so that he can move her back, but he didnt ugh. So now no choice. Anw, I LOVE this piece, my favorite from all three. Personally I find this harder than mamayog akun for god knows what reason. I remembered the first time when we sang on the friday .. it was like so holy. My guess is that it's just a random chance of blending. Or, really, it might because of the 杂音. I don't know, but shan't make any wild assumptions. Basically I find crujus latus part very hard to interpret, its just light. And I find it hard to sing in a light style, more of heavy would be nice xD Well anyway, moving on to the next piece ...
Mama Yog Akun :
We didn't have enough time for this, hence why it's probably our worst piece. Personally I don't find it hard, except for the off beat part for alto. For altos, it should be ideal because the notes are just nice, suitable for altos. And perhaps a lil' higher for the sopranos ? Oh whatever.
Imho, I think that we will definitely at least get a silver? Gold would probably be impossible but I think that silver is still highly plausible. Am rather worried when the seniors leave after speech day. I wonder how we will survive after most of our strong singers leave us .. Oh well, must depend on the rest of us already ._. Hmmm ...

OKAY HI. I know it's been like a thousand years since I last posted but still .. was actually trying out on a diary and it seemed more convenient but I suppose blogging is still faster lol. Basically today went with Jiun Yi and Eliza to Universal Studios and it was epic.
Eliza was like dragging me along with her on the Canopy Flyer and saying stuff like it's not scary and blabla. So in the end she succeeded. So anyway, me and Eliza went to queue while Jiun Yi went to take some photographs. The whole way up I was like : Oh no, this is NOT good. I mean I've always thought that the Canopy Flyer was scary :P Then Eliza's like : No, no, no. Then I said something like : What if that thing gets stuck right up there ._____. Well that scared her too, then we both became scared. So after we got on it, fastened the " seatbelts " and stuff, she was like : Can we get off? I am having a bad feeling. And somehow we " harassed " the person who was in charge 'cause we were saying stuff like : " Will we die ? " " Is this scary? " Then Eliza said : " If it is I will sue you " . Oh god the person must've been like : WTF. Anyway, JUST as it was about to go up, it stopped. Then I was singing Ave verum. Until like, at the second page, the thing started moving again. So you know when you move upwards there is this platform for support or something idk. BUT when that platform was gone and all we did was slide everywhere IT WAS %@#%*@#&%*) SCARY. Eliza was screaming, I was closing my eyes. Then Eliza said : " RONA CAN YOU SCREAM ? " Then Im like : " YEAH OK. AHHHHH. " LOL.
Next thing I remembered was the Jurassic Park Rapid Adventure. That one was rather random. basically we got on, then the whole float thingy started moving around and Eliza was panicking while me and Jiun Yi are just sitting there and chillin'. Then I don't understand why she was panicking so I started panicking too lol. Afterwards it went into this tunnel and god I swear I can't see anything. So after constant failed blinks I decided to just close my eyes because of that big drop right there. And all of a sudden this float thingy started to move upwards, then I thought it would be a sudden drop so Im like : oh no its there ahh. But somehow it stopped for like 3 seconds then BOOM there was the drop. Afterwards me and Jiun Yi wanted to try it again but bleh, we were unlucky. After getting on and putting on all the seat belts and all the person told us that cause it's raining we had to get up and leave. Ugh, just a few more seconds and we would've been offffff !
Oh right, can't forget the treasure hunting car. Apparently we took it for like 3/4/5 times just because it's so chill. The first time round the guy who was in charge said something like : Look to your left for the car keys or something so I was thinking why would someone actually place a carkey on a car which doesn't even operate. Then he said just kidding. Wtf horribleee. But after that we were all just playing drama like : OMG THIS CAR MOVES ON ITS ON. OMG IM SO SCARED IM GONNA FALL OFF THE CLIFF THE CROCOS ARE GONNA EAT ME XD After a few more times we were just singing The Wind and Ave Verum.
What else did we do .... oh, before we left we went to Hard Rock Cafe to have dinner and stuff ~
